Regenerative Farming for Vineyards – The Journey & Tutorial

I spent 2 months in southern California this winter and was horrified to see so much ranch land replaced with monoculture, barren-ecosystem vineyards! The wine industry has obviously exploded from when I was last there 16 years ago.

However, I was also delighted to find a few regenerative vineyards laying a path to a better way – and I’d like to share that with you. If you enjoy wine, or farming, then I guarantee you will learn some cool things in this video.

In this video, we cover:

  • Step-by-step process for transitioning to regenerative farming practices in vineyards
  • Soil health and how regenerative viticulture improves nutrient cycling, pest control, and water retention
  • The role of biodiversity and cover crops in creating a thriving vineyard ecosystem
  • How regenerative practices can boost vineyard sustainability and profitability
  • Practical tips for adopting eco-friendly vineyard practices and ensuring long-term success

If you’re a winemaker ready to make the shift to more sustainable viticulture, this guide will help you understand the key principles of regenerative farming and how they can transform your vineyard into a resilient, healthy, eco-friendly operation.

No it’s not easy. But it is so very worth it! And hopefully this tutorial video gives you a good solid guide for how to get started.

What about minerals for humans?

While we’re making sure to supplement our soil and our animals with fulvic and humic, along with trace minerals and amino acids (found in living soil) – how about supplementing ourselves?

Ideal for re-mineralizing distilled or filtered water (where the minerals have been removed). Or simply add it to your juice, tea, shake or smoothie to get the full-spectrum of trace minerals that we can no longer get from eating plants or drinking natural water.

Trace Matrix (formulated by me) gives us the 70 fulvic ionic trace minerals missing from our soil/plants. It chelates heavy metals and toxins to remove them from our cells, increases mitochondria energy levels, improves the gut lining, supports the immune system and protects against cognitive impairment.

p.s. I also add it to my dog/cats water, to assist seedlings, or to an ailing plant
