Thank you! I have oregano oil in softgels that I take orally. Can it be squeezed out and used as you suggested for thrush? min 55% Carvacrol oregano oil, ginger oil, and fennel oil, see label
Hi Shari – no idea how you managed to leave a comment here, rather than on the post! LOL. But it’s all good 🙂 Looks like 1 softgel is equivalent to 5 drops of liquid and the ginger and fennel should be good for this application. All the best!
