Guided Healing Meditation in the Big Barn

Next week I will be publishing a podcast, about the different ways you can meditate with your horse and all the beneficial effects that will have on your relationship… but for this week I’ve got a guided meditation for you that I filmed out in the big barn with the herd one afternoon.

Just hit PLAY and follow along – I will instruct (guide) you in what to do and the herd will accompany us.

During the meditation we’re going to use our breath to get deeper into the physical body. We’re going to work with Prana/Ki/Chi and bring it throughout our body. And we’re also going to connect briefly to a part of our body that is in pain, or needing attention, or trying to send us a message. Lastly, we’re going to connect with a favorite tree – don’t worry, you’re doing this all through visualization (imagining) so no need to go out and find your tree!

I did stop my day to participate and was ready to be silent to listen for a bit but I wasn’t moved to close my eyes. Rather, I was asked to pay attention to the words you spoke and listen to what the horses had to say ….. in their wonderful horse speak. There was so much movement during the meditation …. tails swishing by almost all (no bugs around that I could see), horses scratching on posts, horses moving and pushing each other to move and then, Audi came right up to the camera to stare right into our hearts. She is so delightful! I love this herd and enjoy hearing from them all. It was an interesting and thought provoking time that has stuck with me. Were we all agitated and needing release a ton of energy? If so, it was successful. I was a beekeeper for a while and I’ve been thinking about how ‘the ladies’ used to talk to me in bee speak. This meditation has moved me to begin writing of my experiences with the bees. To remember their antics as they tried to get through to this silly human. Although we no longer have any bee yards, last fall a hornets nest was messing with me. All of nature is out there just waiting to wake us up, if we would but listen. Thank you for reminding me to Let Go of my little world and listen to what G-d has to say by his creatures created in the natural world. Be Peace, C

Wonderful – that’s why I didn’t direct anyone to close their eyes. People will instinctively do what they like/need. And yes, it’s too cold for bugs yet. It’s wonderful to hear your experience – thank you so much for sharing 🙂 And I would love to hear some bee stories!! I had a very interesting conversation with a hornet clan who had built a great big nest underneath the tongue of my horse trailer. I need to write about that sometime too 🙂 And yes, it seems every other being on this planet is holding space for us humans to evolve…

This is some of my writing about the bees — enjoy! I also have some great photos but noticed I can only attach one object to this so you get the beginning of my musings about the honeybees.
Also, I did say that Audi walked up to the camera — funny how memory is. I did this again and found Audi did look at us but it was Posie who said it was enough when she walked up to you.
I’m off to the hobby greenhouse to nourish some baby plants!

Thank you Claudia – I thoroughly enjoyed that and learned so much I never knew! And I will definitely pay attention to any bumps to the head/face 😉

And not surprising you switched out Posa for Aude – they look like they are mother and daughter some days!

          Lovely read Claudia!
Most the friends I have are terrified of bees or any stinging insects! I myself have been stung so many times …always when I panicked..so am not scared of them at all! I enjoy them and try to educate people to stay calm and usually the bees go on there way! Although convincing people is usually met with total disregard! Love knowing a bump is a warning! I have definitely been bumped more then I have been stung! It does hurt to feel all the disconnect from humans to nature! Bees are the lifeblood of our ecosystem and all of us are connected! I do my best to help them thrive on our little slice of Mother Nature…many flowers and trees that bloom early and throughout the year! The ficus trees just finished there bloom and I love hearing the hum as the bees work there magic! In my older age now I totally trust bees and and am always calm now when around them! ✌🏼❤️🐴🐝

    Just what I needed!

Gun Sun went on a cruise with his mom and her family last week and I just found out now they are most likely quarantined at the dock in LA …because of corona virus! Taylor Guns mom..was sick three days into the cruise! Her parents took care of Gunner but she thinks he is sick now too! She is much better already so that is a huge relief! I was very worried for them to go on this cruise as the outbreak was just getting a foothold in the cruise ships…and I asked Big Pa Pa Oak tree to send a protection energy around them! Even took Gunner down there and he stared deeply at Big Pa Pa! Please help in Sending healing calm peace and patience to them …to help them all get through whatever is ahead! This is scary!

Statistically they should all be fine – only the elderly and already immune-compromised are at risk. Dr. Ben Kim has looked at all the data – including from Biotech companies rushing to develop a vaccine and he writes: “if you are under 60 years of age and do not have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, you have a 99.99 percent chance of experiencing a full recovery in the event that you are infected.” Just anchor him through Big Pa Pa everytime you think of him – flow Big Pa Pa’s energy to him every time he pops into your mind xox

Thanks Jini…I was trying to keep all those facts in my mind…just so scary! I did tap into Big Pa Pa energetically many times…he is definitely my go to! The good news is the crew member tested negative and they let everyone off the ship yesterday morning! He is now home! So grateful!
On a interesting note Bullet and Joker…Gunners dog…have had some unusual behavior this last few days? Especially Bullet. He was running around screaming and calling out! Didn’t put it all together until afterwards! Joker was I think sensing Gunner was coming home yesterday as he was acting very strange…felt like he was trying to communicate something important to me! They will be reunited today!

Oh that’s fantastic! And yes, no doubt Joker knew as soon as Gunner’s mum knew! As the horses keep reminding me: We don’t realize how connected we all are 🙂
